- In writing, we are composing sentences using our starting words. You can practice writing at home in a small journal or on a whiteboard or make up sentences orally! Take a word like citrouille (pumpkin) for example:

- Come Read With Me has finally arrived! We look forward to seeing parents on Wednesday the 12th. This special event is also the kick off of homework for grade 1s! Oui, les devoirs! Students will be given a Ziploc bag with a duotang and 2 classroom books inside. Homework will only come to school once a week. Wednesday will be the day to remember both library books and homework materials.
